Event Booking Requests (Members only)

Planning something at the Club? Whether it’s a golf match, social gathering, bridge game, lunch or dinner, society meeting, or private function, please use the form below to contact the Clubhouse Manager about any event requiring food, drinks, or room bookings.

You will be asked to provide your name, contact number, email address and HGC Clubcard number to confirm your membership entitlement.  The form also asks for the date and time of the event, approximate numbers of attendees, the room(s) required and a brief description of any catering requirements.

Assuming that your request can be accommodated, Zoe will confirm availability, add the event to the diary and liaise with the kitchen so that everything is in place for you.

Note that any non-member wishing to book an event (e.g. golf society) should use this contact form to initiate discussions with the club secretary.
